Marina Saint Martin interviewed Mari Hirata in 'hands and heels' for the Artworld page in the Paradise magazine in the Gold Coast Bulletin. Showing selected works from Hirata's solo show 'Wild Soles' opening this Friday, 14th October at 6pm at Retrospect Galleries Broadbeach.
...Also for this show, 30-year-old Hirata is leaving her former comfort zone and presenting her first series of sculptural pieces... "
