Sunrise over Cradle Mountain Hut. As I stood waiting for the right light I noticed something crawling up my leg... to my shock I realised that everything was covered in leeches, my bag, my camera, me! They were coming from the wet grass in which I was standing. I spent the next hour constantly pulling leeches from my legs and camera, even off the lens! ...
