I distinctly remeber capturing this photograph, it was a warm, balmy Sydney summer night, the sounds of jazz music from the cafe below filled the air. As I stood waiting for light I soaked up the vibrant atmosphere. At one point some Japanese tourists came close and inspected my camera, a moment latter they pulled out their cameras and photographed the scene exactly as I was! you would be amazed how often this happens! Actually reminds me of a time when I was in Tasmania, I was standing in the pouring rain by the side of a dirt road in the middle of nowhere trying to shelter myself with a small umbrella... car pulled up, a guy jumped out and quickly ran over, he shot off a quick snap of the scene I was photographing then jumped in his car and off he went!
