In Londons Piccadilly Circus, this shot was taken at around midnight, as the bright light cast from nearby digital billboards reflected under the wings of the mythological Eros. I used a small aperture to darken the background, and a slow shutter speed as I moved the camera off the tripod to create the feeling of Eros flying in to land.
